Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Compliance Officer for Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project. The position is responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements, processing project bills, coordinating with public sector authorities, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, review, and verify project bills as per contract terms.
- Liaise with public sector departments and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and legal regulations.
- Monitor contractor performance and highlight compliance gaps.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure tasks are completed within prescribed timelines.
- Assist management in resolving compliance and contractual matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transport Engineering or MBA (Finance).
- Experience: 3–5 years in contract management, compliance, billing, or project administration.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in infrastructure, transport, or public sector projects.
- Familiarity with government compliance and billing procedures.

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
