Contract Criminal Defense Attorney

Vindicate Criminal Law Group is seeking a 1099 Contract Criminal Defense Attorney to provide court coverage on an as-needed basis throughout Washington State.

Job Duties:

• Court appearances (arraignments, motions, pretrial hearings, sentencing)
• Client communication for assigned matters
• Limited drafting/review when requested
• Maintain billing and contractor records

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active WA Bar license
• 2–4+ years criminal defense experience
• Malpractice insurance required
• Ability to accept/decline assignments freely
• Reliable transportation

Compensation:

• $110–$130 per hour depending on experience and assignment type
