Contract Engineer- Real Estate

Position: Engineer – Contracts Department (2 Positions)
Location: Pune
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.E. Civil
Salary Budget: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (Real Estate Industry only)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Contracts Engineer from the real estate industry to manage contract finalization, subcontractor coordination, cost analysis, and contractual compliance. The role focuses on ensuring profitability, timely execution, and quality compliance as per IS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize subcontract and joint venture agreements
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, and work execution timelines
• Analyze market rates, quantities, and work descriptions
• Review subcontractor invoices and prepare payment certificates
• Handle variations, change orders, and valuation accounts
• Support procurement and site teams on contractual matters
• Review contract documents, drawings, and tender requirements
• Maintain contract documentation, databases, and tracking systems
• Ensure compliance, cost control, and contract close-out activities

Key Requirements:

• 2–6 years of contracts experience in the real estate sector
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost analysis, and subcontractor management
• Familiarity with IS standards and construction contracts
• Good coordination, documentation, and negotiation skills
