Position Overview

Titans Law is seeking an experienced Ethics & Professional Responsibility Litigator on a contract basis to represent clients facing Florida Bar disciplinary actions, ethics investigations, grievances, and related high-stakes proceedings.

This role is ideal for attorneys who excel in complex regulatory litigation and who understand the unique challenges associated with defending professional licensure and reputation.

As a contract attorney within the Titans Law network, you will provide direct representation to matched clients while benefiting from our streamlined administrative support, referral systems, and case-coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Florida Bar disciplinary and professional-responsibility proceedings, including investigations, probable-cause hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Develop litigation strategies for complex and high-risk ethics or Bar matters.
• Draft and argue motions, responses, and briefs related to ethics, misconduct, and professional-responsibility issues.
• Advise clients on compliance, risk exposure, rehabilitation strategies, and Bar expectations.
• Handle sensitive, reputationally significant matters with the highest degree of discretion.
• Communicate effectively with Titans Law coordinators to ensure smooth client-attorney engagement.

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 5+ years of experience litigating Florida Bar grievance, ethics, professional-responsibility, or disciplinary cases.
• Demonstrated success handling complex and high-stakes matters involving professional licensure.
• Outstanding legal writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as Bar Counsel, ethics investigator, or comparable professional-responsibility authority.
• Appellate experience within Florida’s disciplinary or administrative review systems.
• Demonstrated background in regulatory, compliance, or administrative litigation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
