Contract LPN/RN

Position: Contract LPN/RN *8 Week Local Contract

Location: Aspire Senior Living Roaring River - Cassville, MO

Contract Duration: 8 Weeks (with possibility of full-time employment)

Pay Rates: LPN $40hr & RN $45hr

Aspire Senior Living Roaring River seeking a compassionate, dedicated Contract LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) for a 8-week contract to join our team in providing high-care for residents in our long-term care facility. This role is perfect for a Contract LPN/RN who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly and enjoys a rewarding work environment with a strong team dynamic.

Contract LPN/RN Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to residents, including medication administration and routine treatments

• Assist in developing and following individualized resident care plans

• Provide support and guidance to residents and families

• Document care activities accurately and thoroughly

Contract LPN/RN Qualifications:

• Valid LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) license in Missouri.

• Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
