WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

Graduated from the Mechanical or Electrical Engineering departments of universities, preferably with a master's degree in the same discipline or MBA,

At least 10 years of experience in multi-disciplinary energy and infrastructure investment contract writing and management processes,
-
Knowledge of insurance processes

Preferably, having worked in investment projects in the energy sector and having sectoral knowledge and experience,
-
Experienced in contract negotiations, contract signing processes and follow-up,
-
Managed the investment processes, license and permit processes, and conducted official institution and organization negotiations with regular discipline,
-
Experienced in planning, budget and cost control,
-
Improved communication and negotiation skills,
-
Have advanced knowledge of oral and written English,
-
Advanced organization and coordination competencies, result-oriented,
-
Able to think analytically, prone to team work, strong communication skills,

Will be involved in field work and will be able to take part in support and control stages,

Proficient in MS Office applications, expert in Excel and Database management,

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

Coordinating with relevant departments to clarify and formalize business relationships between Zones by participating in negotiations and finalizing agreements on service descriptions, timelines, reporting procedures, performance monitoring, obligations, penalties, constraints, and key metrics.

Preparing draft contracts and appendices for SLAs and agreements to be signed between Zones, and to forward any non-standard drafts to the Legal Department with related comments and justifications.

Finalizing draft contracts based on feedback from the Legal Department, other relevant departments, and the service provider, and to send the finalized versions to the provider for signature.

Preparing official correspondence with contracted service providers and to initiate the internal signature process for agreements received with the provider’s signatures.

Completing the required forms requested by the service provider and to submit them to senior management for approval and signature.

Ensuring the monitoring of service performance based on the defined metrics.

Conducting risk analyses related to contracts based on data received from relevant departments and to prepare contract-specific risk reports.
