Contract Management Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to oversee and optimize our organization's contract lifecycle processes. This role involves managing procurement activities, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in legal drafting, document management, and negotiation, contributing to strategic business development and operational efficiency. The Contract Management Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our business management initiatives through meticulous contract oversight and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Planning and Oversight: Develop and manage operational key factors.
• Contract Management: Review and administer ground handling contracts related to air cargo warehouse operations.
• On-site & Personnel Support: Provide support for on-site personnel management and ensure compliance by managing safety and security manuals.
• Training & Development: Create and maintain a training matrix, and manage all associated training and education records.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct on-site evaluations (audits) to maintain service quality of cargo operations based on Airline guidelines.
• Other tasks assigned by upper management

Skills and Requirements:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Airline Cargo Operations or Ground Handling Warehouse Operations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
• Travel Mobility: Must have no restrictions or objections to undertaking domestic and international business travel by air.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using MS Office Suite (familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is highly desirable).
• Language Proficiency: Bi-lingual in English and Korean

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
