Contract Manager - Water Treatment & Distribution Sector 🌊

Are you an experienced contract manager in the water treatment and distribution sector? Join us to play a key role in managing contracts for water treatment, distribution, and wastewater projects!

As a Contract Manager, you will ensure all contractual obligations are met, collaborate with teams and clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contract Management & Negotiation : Develop, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure contracts are clear, achievable, and legally compliant.
• Execution & Compliance : Monitor contract performance and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Cost Control & Budget : Collaborate with teams to ensure projects stay within budget, review invoices and claims, and manage cost escalations.
• Dispute Resolution : Act as the point of contact for disputes and collaborate with legal teams to resolve issues.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, providing guidance on contract-related matters throughout the project.
• Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate contract records and prepare regular performance reports.

What We’re Looking For :

🎓 Education : Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.

🌟 Experience : 5+ years in contract management within water treatment or related sectors.

📋 Skills : Strong knowledge of contractual law, excellent negotiation and communication skills.

💻 Tools & Knowledge : Familiarity with project management and contract management tools.
