Procurement Senior Specialist

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the procurement cycle for construction projects from requisition to contract award.
  • Identify, prequalify, and develop a pool of reliable construction vendors, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
  • Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, analyze bids, and recommend best-value suppliers.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules to optimize value and reduce risks.
  • Draft and review contracts in coordination with the legal and technical departments.
  • Monitor supplier performance, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, and Finance to align procurement with project timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation in ERP systems.
  • Conduct market analysis to benchmark prices, evaluate alternative materials, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.




Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications (CIPS/CPP/CSCP) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in construction procurement.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, subcontracting, and vendor management.
