Procurement Specialist

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker (must)
• Based in Riyadh (must)
• Valid KSA driver’s license (must)
• Background in the construction field (must)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system (must)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, vendors, and procurement regulations in KSA.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement cycle from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve cost savings and quality improvements.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
• Utilize Odoo ERP for procurement processes, reporting, and documentation management.
• Maintain supplier/vendor databases and develop strong professional relationships.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with Saudi regulations and company standards.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and maintain accurate records.
