Purchasing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist who is an expert in the field. The salary range is between 3500 to 4500, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing the procurement process to ensure the best value for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the purchasing process from requisition to delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
• Analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
