Assistant Purchasing Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of purchasing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage procurement needs.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and documentation.
  • Assist the Purchasing Manager in day-to-day tasks and operations.
