About the role:

To handle daily inbound logistics operations and ensure smooth in-house processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely receipt and tracking of original import shipment documents across all modes of transport (Air, Sea, Road, Courier).
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure invoices are received promptly for validation and processing.
• Accurately upload all original documents and invoice data into SAP and the Document Management System (DMS) and maintain organized physical archives.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to management summarizing the status of received and archived documents and invoices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
