Contract Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the portfolio of contracts, ensuring risk reviews, claims management, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement contract strategies aligned with ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC PSP’s policies and project execution requirements, considering risks, pricing, scope, and schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects of contracts, including payments, claims, variation orders, warranties, and guarantees.
• Provide appropriate level of supervision, oversee and monitor department activities to ensure function is fully operational, achieving objectives and compliant.
• Ensure policies and processes reflect most current appropriate business and compliance practices.
• Analyze contract terms to identify potential risks and opportunities, seeking legal guidance as necessary to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership to the contracts department teams and foster team performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum +14 years of experience in EPC or Industrial field (Power Generation, Oil & Gas Substation, Industrial factories - Cement, Fertilizers…etc.)
• Experience in the administration of complex construction contracts involving multi-tier relationships.
• Experience in claims management including formulating, reviewing, and assessment.
• The role requires flexibility to travel to Saudi Arabia as needed, based on business requirements.
• Fluency in English & Arabic and excellent communication skills.
