Hiring: Contract Manager (FIDIC-based Contracts)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Contract Manager
to lead and manage all commercial activities related to FIDIC-based contracts. You will be instrumental in minimizing financial and contractual risks while ensuring project objectives are achieved. This is a leadership role requiring deep expertise in FIDIC contract management, financial oversight, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all commercial activities for FIDIC-based contracts.

Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts ensuring compliance with FIDIC standards.

Administer variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes.

Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure accurate invoicing and payments.

Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing contract administration team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Represent the company in commercial discussions and negotiations.
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 7 years' experience in commercial management, preferably with FIDIC-based contracts.

In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contract principles and procedures.

Strong financial management and budget control experience.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
