Work you’ll do

Support in project contract management including alignment of contractual terms with project objectives

• Ensuring documentation for various contractual issues including archiving of information (to the client/sub-contractors)

• Facilitation of change management process

• Assistance in resolution of contractual issues/periodic contract closure

• Monitoring vendor/sub-contractor compliance prior to acceptance of invoices

• Assistance in drafting letters and facilitate resolution of contractual issues and disputes in a timely manner

• Lead the project risk assessment framework including identification and resolution of project risks • Generate a monthly contract report covering all contractual issues, risks, hindrances etc.

• Manage discussions with contractors to review progress, understand concerns & developing mitigation actions

• Assistance in monitoring contractor performance

The ideal Candidate:

• 6-10 years of experience in contracts management for large infrastructure projects . Minimum 2 to 3 years in thermal power . Some prior consulting experience is mandatory

• Candidate should have good presentation skills, good command on English

• Position requires onsite in Jharsuguda, Odisha

• Early/immediate joiners

Desired qualifications B.E. Mech/Civil/Electrical from top engineering colleges. Post Graduation (MBA/Post graduate diploma in Contracts/Construction/Engineering Management shall be preferred)
