Role Summary And Impact
The Contract Manager will be a key support professional assisting multiple leaderships in the organization, primarily responsible for the drafting, meticulous administration, and efficient management of a diverse portfolio of contracts. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong command of the English language and a proven track record in contract administration and document management.
Key Responsibilities

Draft various types of standard commercial contracts, amendments, and other legal documents based on established templates and internal guidelines.

Prepare and process contract-related documentation for internal review and execution.

Maintain and update the contract management system (CMS) with accurate and current contract information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Administer the full contract lifecycle, including tracking key dates (e.g., renewals, expirations), ensuring timely follow-ups, and managing document versions.

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract status, document retrieval, and general administrative inquiries related to contracts.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic contract files in a systematic and secure manner.

Assist in the development and refinement of contract administration processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Conduct basic review of contract terms against established checklists to ensure adherence to company standards.

Generate reports on contract status, key metrics, and other relevant data from the contract management system.

Ensure all contract-related activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Follow up, monitoring and executing relevant post and prior actions for contract life cycle.

Oversee and Manage Vendor and 3rd party onboarding process and documentation.
Skills & Experience
-
Minimum of 5 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) specifically in Contract Administration or a similar role focused on contract drafting and management

Proven experience in drafting various commercial contracts using templates.

Demonstrated experience in managing contract lifecycles and maintaining contract databases.

Advanced in English (both written and verbal) is essential. Must possess professional command of English grammar and legal terminology for accurate drafting and communication.

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying discrepancies in documents.

Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently, manage multiple administrative tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to contribute negotiations, external and internal communications for the processes associated with contractual engagements of 3rd parties.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Social sciences, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications in Contract Management or Legal Administration are a plus.]

Experience working within a Media Agency, Advertising Agency, or related media/entertainment industry is highly preferred. This includes familiarity with the types of contracts common in these sectors (e.g., media buying, talent, production, digital advertising).

Familiarity with basic legal concepts related to contracts, intellectual property, or data privacy.

Experience with specific CLM systems used by the company.
