We at Coforge are seeking a Contracts Manager to lead vendor management for airport operations across ground handling, terminal services, security, facility management, and technology. Also, will be responsible for RFPs, negotiate MSAs/SLAs, govern vendor performance, ensure DGCA/BCAS/ICAO/IATA compliance, and partner with operations for service excellence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in airport operations and is adept at structuring contracts that balance service reliability, safety, regulatory compliance, and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract drafting and negotiation (commercial & legal terms)
• Vendor governance, SLA management, and performance improvement
• Airport operations (OTP, turnaround, safety, service delivery)
• Risk management, compliance, audit readiness
• Cost optimization and total cost of ownership analysis
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Analytical thinking; strong communication and documentation
