Contract Manager

IC İçtaş Construction is a global brand with over 50 years of experience in domestic and international projects. Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed trains, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Contract Manager to manage and oversee contract administration and contractual compliance for our road and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 20+ years of experience in contract management within large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Contract Manager, handling contractual matters on complex infrastructure works.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contractual relationship with the Employer, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, and maintaining open lines of communication to address any concerns or contractual issues as needed.
• Develop and manage contracts for roads and bridges project, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and compliant with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to assess project needs and provide contract-related guidance that aligns with project goals.
• Negotiate contract terms with subcontractors and suppliers, aiming to secure favorable conditions while mitigating risks to the company.
• Monitor contract performance throughout project execution, addressing any non-compliance issues promptly to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all contract-related activities, ensuring transparency and accountability within the project team.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of contracts to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in contract management.
• Resolve disputes and claims efficiently, utilizing conflict resolution skills to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
