Contract Manager - Arabic speaker - Villa, residential and commercial building

10 years of experience in contract administration and negotiations.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and legal compliance.
Experience in handling claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
Excellent negotiation and documentation skills.
