Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to oversee and manage all contractual aspects of our facades and pre-engineered building (PEB) projects. The role requires strong expertise in contract administration, risk management, and legal compliance to ensure that all projects are executed within the agreed terms and cost parameters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts, while ensuring that the company’s interests are protected and project profitability is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage project contracts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Monitor project performance to identify and mitigate contractual risks, claims, and variations.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal, financial, and technical obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates to management on contract progress, cost implications, and potential disputes.
  • Collaborate with project, engineering, design, and procurement teams to resolve contractual issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation to support contract audits and dispute resolution.
  • Support the tendering process by evaluating contractual terms in bids and proposals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in contract management within the façade, PEB, or large-scale construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract laws, tendering processes, project costing, and dispute resolution.
  • Exceptional negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple high-value contracts and manage strict deadlines.
