Responsible for optimizing and managing the Contract Manufacturing network by qualifying and auditing suppliers, analyzing and digitalizing the CM footprint, overseeing inventory efficiency, and evaluating supplier performance to support innovation, compliance, and cost-effective growth.
- Optimizing the Contract Manufacturing (CM) qualification process, coordinate and execute qualification audits to validate CM readiness and adherence to standards for supporting innovation initiatives.

Creating yearly Inventory support /consolidation (FG, Material and Assets) while overseeing & supporting end to end inventory operations to sustain accurate tracking, support product needs and drive cost-effective stock management.

Analyzing CM Footprint & Power BI updates (Digitalized footprint), assessing and optimizing the CM network to ensure balanced coverage, minimize risk and support future growth needs.
- Segmenting CMs on Classification / Strategy based on our Score card system, capability and strategic relevance to enable tailored management and aligning with business goals.

Regular evaluate supplier performance using defined KPIs to support data driven decisions and enable continuous improvement and evaluate whether new CMs can be added to help with innovation projects.

Supporting respective teams with Market Screening & Scouting proactively to strengthen Henkel’s supplier base by screening the market for new potential partners and scouting innovative technologies or capabilities.

Co-leading supplier Audits and supporting the SHEQ team throughout the audit process by providing the necessary data, documentation, and cross functional inputs to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field

3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or contract manufacturing management
- Strong understanding of SHEQ, GMP, and industrial operations
- Proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder management
