The Contract Manufacturing Procurement Manager supports the Contract Manufacturing team on direct and indirect material spend within the enterprise Make vs. Buy portfolio.
This role requires strong cross functional collaboration with Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, R&D, Finance, and the Contract Manufacturing operational team. This role will act as the key liaison between contract manufacturing partners and their Procurement counterparts regarding the purchase and management of materials related to Campbell external manufacturing, including but not limited to the reporting and tracking of savings generated from integration and optimization efforts.
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical, creative, forward-thinking problem solver, possess a lifelong learning/continuous improvement mindset, and communicate exceptionally well. Additionally, the ideal candidate will command strong business acumen and must be comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
What you will do…

Provide robust reporting and analytics to drive raw material spend optimization including, but not limited to, categorizing spend, outlining buying strategy, and modeling buying models such as turnkey, subcontracting, and directed buy

Supports the material sourcing strategy across the enterprise Make vs. Buy space

Serves as primary liaison between the Contract Manufacturing and Global Procurement teams, providing influence and analytics to drive material sourcing strategy and resolve material continuity issues

Drives the setup and ongoing management of external materials greater than $500M in annual spend

Oversees the directed buy program across the enterprise Make vs. Buy space

Manages Environmental, Social, and Governance compliance initiatives across the enterprise Make vs. Buy space

Owns the contract manufacturing partner strategic sourcing process

Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, Contract Manufacturing or other Supply Chain related roles (Planning, Commercialization, Business Operations, etc.) -
ERP systems experience

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$122,400-$176,000
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
