Contract Performance Administrator (Temporary)

Job Purpose

To monitor the Performance contractual KPIs, close contract audit findings, follow up till closure actions plans for warning letters and client escalations. Support and follow up with operations on demobilization and mobilization progress, as well as action plans for KPIs deductions elimination.


Key Accountabilities

  • Provide inputs to the development of the overall COE strategy in line with the vision, mission, and business objectives of the company.
  • Knowledge of output/outcome specification delivery and contract adherence.
  • Contractual knowledge of services sold and implementation of operating standards.
  • Identify risks within our contract and proposed mitigation plan.
  • Knowledge of risk and compliance processes, protocols, escalations, and resolution methods.
  • Leading with the operation team the closure of the actions from contract & mobilization audits ensuring full compliance between RFP requirements and deployment.
  • Assistance in the preparation of the contract audit reports.
  • Train on COE’s processes and procedures.
  • Operation/ Support functions/ Customers
  • Ability to engage with service line experts to deliver high standards of service.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Monitoring of the subcontractor performance reviews.
  • Ensure the implementation of division policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service.
  • Ensure that all contractual performance reports are prepared timely and accurately following Company requirements, policies, standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Ability to understand data, spot trend and prepare reports – highly analytical.
  • Fortnight report for the mobilization/demobilization projects progress.
  • Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/ service and a responsible environmental attitude.
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.


Qualifications, Experiences, & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in operations management; exposure to Contract Management and Facilities Management especially in the areas of operations planning, HSEEQ, supplier relations management, client relations management, maintenance, and subcontract management. Consultant background recommended.
  • Must have own visa as this role will be a temporary assignment.
  • Able to start immediately
