What’s The Job?

The Contract Recruiter (90 Days) will play a key role in supporting Oats Overnight’s operational growth at our Ohio facility by managing recruitment efforts for our manufacturing and warehouse teams. This is a hybrid role requiring regular on-site presence in Ohio.

The Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process — from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and offers — while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with our company values.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred due to the diverse makeup of our workforce.

What You’ll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part

Manage full-cycle recruitment for operations roles, including postings, sourcing, resume review, interviews, and offers.
Partner closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Provide regular updates and insights on recruiting progress and candidate pipelines.
Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Conduct pre-screens, interviews, and coordinate with managers to ensure efficient scheduling and feedback.
Track and manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes to meet staffing goals within defined timelines.
Support ongoing improvements in recruiting tools, processes, and compliance with HR and TA leadership.
Other duties as assigned.

What You’ve Done And Who You Are

2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in high-volume, operations, or manufacturing environments.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills — able to partner effectively at all levels.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong follow-through.
Flexible, resourceful, and adaptable to new tools, processes, and priorities.

Physical Demands

Must be able to work near food ingredients and around potential allergens.
Must be able to lift up to 15–25 pounds at times.
This role will require on-site work inside an air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
You must be able to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
Regular and punctual attendance required.
