Contract Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Representative located in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The Contract Representative will be responsible for overseeing contract management, negotiating and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, managing relationships with clients and subcontractors, and mitigating risks associated with contractual agreements. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of contractual obligations.

• Strong skills in contract management and contract negotiation
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Risk management and mitigation expertise
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
