Contract Specialist – Oil & Gas | Seaworks
We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist with strong expertise in contract administration, procurement support, and commercial coordination within the Oil & Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract administration for Oil & Gas projects and operations
- Prepare, review, evaluate, and administer contracts, service agreements, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and End Users to ensure contractual compliance
- Support tendering activities, bid evaluations, commercial clarifications, and contract negotiations
- Monitor contractor performance, milestones, variations, renewals, and contract close-outs
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in SAP systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and contractual obligations
- Generate reports, track KPIs, and support audit requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 10–15 years of experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Administrator in Oil & Gas industry
