Contract Specialist - Oil & Gas Experience

Contract Specialist – Oil & Gas | Seaworks

We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist with strong expertise in contract administration, procurement support, and commercial coordination within the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end contract administration for Oil & Gas projects and operations
  • Prepare, review, evaluate, and administer contracts, service agreements, and purchase orders
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and End Users to ensure contractual compliance
  • Support tendering activities, bid evaluations, commercial clarifications, and contract negotiations
  • Monitor contractor performance, milestones, variations, renewals, and contract close-outs
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in SAP systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and contractual obligations
  • Generate reports, track KPIs, and support audit requirements
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 10–15 years of experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Administrator in Oil & Gas industry

  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP Ariba
  • MS Outlook
  • Microsoft Office Applications
