The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and financial assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful competition of client facility needs.

Create purchase orders, review correct invoicing, support during budgeting process, align custom duties for the free trade zone in Corlu and obtaining supplier quotes.

Invoice check and reconciliation, creation and dispatch, monitoring and closure of outstanding payments.

Checking service provision and incoming goods receipts.

Support for monthly management reports (internal to CBRE and for customers)

Budget monitoring and ongoing overview of services rendered.

Ticket processing: distribution, processing and closure in the systems used.

Review and upload required documentation.

Checking and approval of recorded order times.

Preparation of the month end close.

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including procurement, service agreements, and vendor contracts.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand contract requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Conduct thorough risk assessments and compliance evaluations of existing contracts.

Maintain a centralized database of contracts and support the contract lifecycle management process.

Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes that may impact contract terms and conditions.
