- Upload, update, and maintain hotel contracts, rates, and offers in both the extranet and internal systems.
- Accurately process and monitor special offers, stop sales, and promotional updates as communicated by hotel partners.
- Verify contract details such as validity, meal plans, cancellation policies, and promotions before encoding.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and internal departments.
- Update supplements, blackout dates, allocations, and rate changes in a timely and precise manner.
- Conduct regular system checks to identify and correct discrepancies or incomplete data entries.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all active and expired contracts.
- Support the Contracting Executives by encoding new promotions, seasonal offers, and last-minute deals.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure contract information is correctly reflected in all systems.
- Assist in generating reports related to product performance, rate comparisons, and contract status.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for process accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in contract loading, data entry, or product management within a DMC, travel agency, or hotel environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with extranets, reservation systems, and online contracting platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive data tasks accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills with cross-departmental teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
