Contracting & Negotiation

  • Negotiate and finalize dynamic rate contracts with hotel partners, ensuring competitive pricing and commercial terms.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide negotiations and identify opportunities.
  • Ensure rate parity, availability, and alignment with revenue targets.

Partnership Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to drive collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between hotel partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and contract compliance.

Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with Product, Revenue, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of dynamic contracts.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to contract execution, availability, or pricing discrepancies.

Monitoring & Optimization

  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, communications, and negotiation history.
  • Provide timely reporting on contracting activity, rate performance, and issue resolution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Tourism, or other related field.
  • Industry Experience – Minimum of 2 years of experience in contracts and negotiations, preferably within a Destination Management Company (DMC), OTA, or travel tech environment.
