Job Purpose

To perform contracting-related activities and tasks on Dallah Health level.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities Areas

Organizational Accountabilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with Commercial Affairs standards, protocols, rules and regulations.
  • Ensuring accurate interpretation of contractual terms and conditions.
  • Minimizing financial risks and revenue leakages through proper management of all contractual aspects.
  • Performing data analysis and statistics where necessary.
  • Keeping all contractual affairs records whether in-paper or electronically.
Performing any other job-related tasks as instructed by the direct manager based on business needs.Promoting standardization and transparency in contracting processes

Functional Accountabilities:


Performing periodical reviews on all credit price lists.

Performing periodical reviews on all active contracts.

Negotiating with the insurance companies and TPA’s on adding new services, medical devices, milk products, hearing aids, imported medicines and any other items.

Working on insurance-related and TPA-related initiatives and special agreements (e.g. per diem).

Identifying improvement opportunities in contractual terms and conditions.

Supporting in contractual terms and conditions clarifications.

Drafting direct agreements or memorandums with non-insurance organizations.

Coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders in terms of contractual aspects.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

Relevant knowledge in healthcare and/or health insurance sector with a minimum related experience of one TO three years.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance or any other related field (required).


RCMS (Revenue Cycle Specialist) Certificate or similar (preferred).


Data Analysis Certificate or similar (preferred).
