Location
Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in contractor compliance, risk management, procurement, or related roles, preferably within mining or construction industries.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of local laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to contractor compliance.
- Strong observational, auditing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with Damstra onboarding system and SAP Ariba (advantageous).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a site-based environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Urdu or Balochi will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure contractor compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and legal requirements.
- Monitor and report contractor adherence to compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Procurement, Legal, HSE, Security, HR, Operations, Finance, and Project teams.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate documentation for management review.
- Coordinate contractor compliance training and awareness sessions.
- Identify non-compliance issues and follow up on corrective action plans.
- Support investigations related to contractor non-conformance incidents.
- Maintain up-to-date records of contractor compliance status and certifications.
