Contractor Operations Coordinator

The Contractor Operations Coordinator oversees daily operational and administrative activities within the outsourcing business, ensuring seamless coordination between contractors, clients, and internal teams. The role supports assignment management, communication flow, and issue resolution while maintaining full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operations between clients, recruiters, onboarding teams, and payroll.
  • Support end-to-end employment experience from onboarding to end of contract.
  • Manage candidate documentation, onboarding checklists, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a coordination point between candidates, and internal teams.
  • Support Account Managers in client servicing and workforce management.
  • Ensure contractors requirements are clearly communicated to internal departments.
  • Assist in preparation and processing of contracts, offers, and onboarding documents.
  • Support compliance internal policies.
  • Support renewals, amendments, and extensions of staff contracts.
  • Provide administrative support to recruitment, finance and operations teams.
  • Manage internal coordination, scheduling, and reporting tasks.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment operations, staffing coordination, HR operations, or manpower services
  • Experience in staffing/recruitment industry preferred
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law and staffing operations is an advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
