Job Description:

We are looking for a Contractor Searching Executive cum Telecaller for residential projects. The role involves searching contractors, calling them, collecting project-related information, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search contractors for residential projects (RCC, plaster, tiling, gypsum, painting, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, waterproofing, aluminium & fabrication works)
• Make outbound calls to contractors for enquiry, verification, and availability
• Collect contractor details: company profile, manpower strength, past experience, rates, and location
• Maintain contractor database in Excel / Google Sheets
• Follow up with contractors for quotations and meetings
• Coordinate with project, purchase, and site teams
• Schedule meetings and site visits
• Prepare daily calling and data reports

Required Skills:

• Good communication and calling skills
• Ability to explain project details clearly
• Contractor sourcing and market knowledge (preferred)
• Internet research and data searching skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp)
• Hindi / Marathi / English communication preferred

Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate / 12th Pass (with relevant experience)

Preferred Candidates:

• Experience as telecaller, backend executive, or contractor sourcing
• Female candidates preferred (optional – if applicable)
• Experience in real estate / construction industry is an added advantage

Work Timings:

• 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
