#Hiring We're looking for a 【Contract Assistant】 for our new Railway Project located in 【Rahayel, Abu Dhabi】.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising daily contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.
- Support the Contract Manager in contract negotiation, execution, and follow-up processes.
- Maintain and update contract databases, filing systems, and document records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual terms in all contract-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, procurement, legal) and external partners/clients for contract alignment.Track contract expiration, renewal, and performance milestones, and provide timely reminders.
- Prepare contract-related reports, statistics, and summaries to support management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in UAE.
- Strong understanding of contracts regulations, principles.
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
