Contracts Administrator

Key Responsibilities


• Prepare and manage commodity strategies (spend analysis, cost models, consumption/demand profiles).

• Ensure strategic alignment of commodity management plans with corporate and project objectives.

• Prepare, manage, and follow up on the contract review process.

• Coordinate bidding, tendering, evaluation, and award processes according to company procedures.

• Manage contractual matters between the company and contractors using a systematic, compliant approach.

• Prepare commercial and contractual correspondence during contract execution.

• Maintain tracking systems for all contractual communications and documentation.

• Ensure proper storage of contracts and related materials in the Supply System.

• Maintain and update contract value registers and variation order logs.

• Monitor contractor performance and recommend improvements when needed.

• Prepare and distribute contract-related reports and statistical data.

• Review Purchase Order rates against contract rates to ensure full compliance.

• Generate and discuss:

• Pending Termination Reports

• Pending Renewal Reports

• Contract Deviation Reports

• Contractor Performance Reports

• Service Performance KPI Reports


Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Engineering, or Law.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Contracts Administration or Supply Chain.

• Strong understanding of contract management and supply chain processes.

• High proficiency in British English (Level 9/10).

• ICDL certification and excellent command of Microsoft Office.

• Formal QS or legal training is an advantage.

• Contract management training is preferred.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Ability to identify risks early and propose mitigation actions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

• High energy level, dynamism, and ability to motivate others.

• Strong contract drafting and formulation skills.

• Effective teamwork and team-building abilities.

• Demonstrated cultural awareness and professional conduct.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently.

• Sukari Gold Mines, Red Sea – Marsa Alam

• 20 days onsite / 10 days off
