Responsibilities:

Administer and interpret contracts in line with contractual provisions.

Prepare, review, and manage contractual correspondence with the Employer, Engineer, and Contractors.

Ensure compliance with Conditions of Contract, Exhibits, and EPCM procedures.

Maintain contract records, registers, and logs.
-
Identify, assess, and manage variations, claims, and contractual changes.

Prepare and process Change Orders in accordance with approved procedures.
-
Review and respond to contractor claims and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.

Support negotiations and resolution of contractual issues and disputes.
Qualifications & Requirement:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum
7 years’ experience
in contract administration and change control on large projects, preferably power plants.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the UAE.

Strong knowledge of
FIDIC-based and EPC contracts
.

Proven experience in variations, claims, and EOT management.
-
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
-
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
-
Valid UAE residence visa is mandatory.
