Job Title: Contracts & Commercial Manager

Location: Doha Qatar

LOCAL HIRING WITH VALID QID ONLY

Qualifications:

· Minimum 12 years of overall commercial management experience in the construction industry.

· At least 5 years of contracts/commercial experience on major international or regional roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects.

· Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts red / yellow book and other relevant forms of contract used in the construction industry.

· Strong understanding of local laws and regulations governing construction contracts in Qatar.

· Proven track record in managing large scale projects

· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Proficiency in commercial management software and tools.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

· Certification in Commercial Management is preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction management or related field

· MMUP/UPDA Certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
