Contract & Commercial Manager

Dynamic and Experienced Contract & Commercial Manager Wanted!

We are seeking a strong Contract and Commercial Manager to oversee the contract processes and commercial strategies for our projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills and a solid background in engineering project management. This position is critical for ensuring the successful management of our projects and building strong relationships with our clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of the contract life-cycle, from negotiation through to project completion.
• Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contract obligations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate and prevent risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project performance and financial status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering, Construction Management or Contract Law.
• At least 7 years of managerial experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts and at least 5 years of experience in this area.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite.
• Experience in contract management within the Middle Eastern construction sector.
