Role Summary:

The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the full tendering and contracts lifecycle, with a strong focus on government projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing contractual terms, and supporting the organization’s successful participation in public sector tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage tender documents for government projects in line with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Lead the end-to-end tendering process, including bid preparation, submission, and post-tender clarifications.
  • Analyze tender requirements, technical specifications, and contractual terms to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure full compliance with government procurement laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Coordinate with technical, legal, and commercial teams to develop competitive and compliant proposals.
  • Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tendering and contract documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance, obligations, and deliverables to ensure compliance.


Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in contracts management, with a strong focus on government tenders.
  • Proven experience in handling public sector tendering processes in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement regulations and contract administration.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
