Roles and Responsibilities:


• Formulate and draft claims when needed.

• Gather claims’ supporting documents in coordination with the project Contracts’ Manager from

departments and Projects as well.

• Review claim events and analyze its integrity with the project’s contract conditions.

• Ensure claims’ solidness and issue recommendations to the Claims’ unit manager.

• Conduct research and studies in all areas pertinent to the claim’s management and preparations.

• Collaborate with the claims’ unit manager to set the claim’s strategy and objectives.

• Prepare claim statements incorporating feedback from other disciplines.

• Participate in claim negotiation and presentation to the client.


Qualifications:


• Strong team working skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong Communication Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline (as appropriate)

• Fluent/Good English (written and spoken)

• Excellent on MS-office package especially Excel
