Job Description:

BUILDING CO. (BEST) L.L.C is seeking a qualified Contracts Engineer (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in contract management, claims, and construction contracts within the UAE or GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage project contracts and agreements
• Handle claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions
• Interpret contract terms and provide contractual advice to the project team
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients on contractual matters
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions and UAE regulations
• Prepare contractual reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts engineering (UAE/GCC preferred)
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
