Support contractual and commercial management of construction projects during pre- and post-award stages. Assist in risk assessment, contract administration, claims and variation management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and achievement of project objectives.
4. Key AccountabilitiesAssist in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts and subcontracts.
Support preparation of tender-stage risk registers and contract reviews.
Administer main contracts, maintain documentation, logs, and contract records.
Prepare and issue contractual correspondences, EOT claims, and variation orders.
Review subcontract agreements and manage related communications and claims.
Monitor and track claims, variations, and contractual issues.
Attend project meetings and provide contract-related input.
Prepare internal reports, registers, and kick-off presentations.
Coordinate with legal, commercial, and project teams for proper contract execution.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian law, procurement regulations, and FIDIC standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 1 year o experience in construction contract administration.
Knowledge of FIDIC and Egyptian construction regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and document control systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Fluent in English.
Contract management certification is a plus.
