Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor and review government notifications, circulars, and tender announcements.
- Study and analyze tender documents in detail to understand eligibility, scope, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with senior management to gather necessary approvals, technical inputs, and pricing details.
- Prepare tender documents, proposals, and supporting paperwork as per prescribed formats.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders on government e-procurement portals and maintain submission records.
- Track tender status, clarifications, and follow-up requirements.
- Maintain a database of submitted tenders, outcomes, and future opportunities.
- Stay updated with government policies, procurement norms, and compliance changes.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline .
- Experienced / Freshers with strong analytical skills will be considered.
- Good understanding of government procurement systems and online tender portals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling).
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of government e-marketplace (GeM) and state/central e-procurement portals.
- Prior experience in tender drafting and submission.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
