Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar area, preferably in the aviation industry
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Power BI – especially Excel
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
• Precise planning and coordination abilities
• A good team player
• No travel obligations
• Residing (or able to reside) in the Asian side of Istanbul

In this role, you will

• Developing and finalizing contracts for the safe and optimal implementation of Jet A1 Fuel Procurement and Technical Services Procurement processes within the framework of the specifications and requests determined by the relevant departments in line with the needs and plans of our company
• Preparing contracts with the optimum price quality balance by conducting agreement negotiations at the appropriate management level
• Collecting, processing, analyzing, and presenting tender and process data for evaluation and decision-making
• Evaluating, analyzing, and presenting current agreements for continuous improvement
• Regularly following up and measuring the efficiency of contractors
• Participating in meetings concerning the Fuel and Technical Services Procurement Department and informing the manager and team
• Preparing decision papers and completing documentation during supplier selection processes
• Carrying out active supplier management, improving and developing processes by communicating closely with suppliers
