Lead the end-to-end contract management process, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives and risk mitigation strategies.
Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes tailored to the Ropeways business unit’s operational needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are compliant with internal policies and external legal requirements.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks by conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing appropriate safeguards.
Provide expert guidance on dispute resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution of contractual disagreements.
Support project acquisition efforts by evaluating contractual terms and conditions during the bidding and negotiation phases.
Maintain a comprehensive repository of contracts and related documentation for easy access and audit readiness.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract management to enhance the Ropeways unit’s contractual capabilities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
10 to 15 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
Proven expertise in risk assessment, dispute resolution, and compliance within the infrastructure sector.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Advanced certifications in Contract Management or Project Management are highly desirable.
