Contract Management
-
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts.

Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies.

Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.

Risk & Compliance
-
Identify, assess contractual risks.

Ensure compliance with legal, and organizational standards
-
BU Support
-
Provide guidance to business units on contract terms, obligations, and risks.

Act as a liaison between internal departments (legal, procurement, finance, operations) and external parties.

Process & Systems
-
Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in contract management systems.
-
Implement and improve contract management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
-
Drive efficiency and standardization in contract templates and negotiation strategies.
Job Requirements
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
-
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in contract management.
-
English Langauage Fluency.
