Oversee the preparation and negotiation of claims, variations, and time extension requests, ensuring all submissions are well-supported and aligned with contractual rights.
-
Contractual Compliance:
Ensure that all project operations comply with the terms of the contract, local regulations, and internal company policies — including obtaining approvals from clients or authorities when required.

Chartered membership or equivalent professional certification (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, CIArb) is highly preferred.
-
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in contracts and commercial management, ideally on multi-site, large-scale infrastructure projects.
-
Hands-on experience with major roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects is essential.
-
Experience working with the Public Works Authority (PWA / Ashghal) is a strong advantage.

-
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-
