Contracts Manager

Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

Monthly Salary: AED 25,000 - AED 30,000 (Negotiable based on candidate's profile and experience).

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual aspects of our construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with an in-depth understanding of local contract law and FIDIC conditions of contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate various contracts, including main contracts, subcontracts, and supply agreements.
• Provide strategic advice on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage all formal correspondence and claims in strict compliance with contract terms.
• Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including variations, extensions of time, and final accounts.
• Lead the resolution of any contractual disputes or claims in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure all contractual and commercial practices adhere to company policies and UAE legal standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Contracts Manager, specifically within the UAE construction industry.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC forms of contract and local UAE contract law.
• Proven track record in claims preparation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
