Job Title:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all contracts related to fuel stations, including lease, operations, supply, and service agreements.
• Draft, review, and evaluate contracts from both legal and technical perspectives to safeguard the company’s interests and minimize risks.
• Lead negotiations with landlords, suppliers, and contractors to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal or termination, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for contract management to enhance efficiency and reduce risks
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, with at least 5 years in the logistics or commercial sector (preferably fuel stations or real estate).
• Strong knowledge of local laws, commercial regulations, and lease agreements.
